job description Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking (chopping vegetables, marinating, etc.) Cook basic dishes and assist in assembling menu items as per recipe standard Maintain a clean and safe workstation at all times Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and leftovers Comply with food safety and hygiene standards Monitor inventory levels and inform seniors about stock shortages Learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and kitchen procedures Support the team in opening and closing kitchen duties Requirements: Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not mandatory Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Night shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
